HamRadioDeluxe upload to LoTW

From HRD LB when I upload to LoTW, I get a failure saying "rejected connection" and followed by "upload successful". When this happens (about 50% of the time since to shut down last month), I still don't get a LoTW sent to YES. But, when I go to LoTW, the contacts are there and some even verified.
